   Peiqi Wan Trading currently ships to all 50 United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Order Processing
   3.1 Processing Times
   All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
   Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
   Additional processing time may be required during peak seasons or holidays.
   You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.

3.2 Special Handling
Fragile items require special handling and may incur an additional $5 fee.
Large orders may require additional processing time.
Custom orders may require extended processing time.

4. Tracking Your Order
   Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once your order ships.
   Track your order anytime through your account dashboard.
   Contact customer service if you haven’t received tracking information within 2 business days.
5. Shipping Restrictions
   We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
   We cannot alter shipping addresses after order placement.
   Certain items may have additional shipping restrictions.
   Heavy or oversized items may incur additional shipping charges.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
   All packages are insured for your protection.
   Photograph any damaged packages before opening.
   Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.
   Lost packages must be reported within 7 days of expected delivery date.
7. International Orders
   We currently do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
8. Holiday Shipping
   Holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website.
   Order early during peak seasons to ensure timely delivery.
   Additional processing time may be required during holidays.
